The mission of Get Set Therapy is to help adolescents and adults make meaningful changes in their real lives. If you plan on attending sessions in the clinic, you will not find yourself completing workbook exercises and flipping through flashcards ad nauseam.

What you can expect is a treatment plan individually tailored to capitalize on your strengths while developing your areas of need through completion of activities that are relevant to your
personal interests and goals.

One particularly helpful approach to service delivery is a hybrid model that combines clinic sessions with periodic community, job coaching, and/or home health sessions
to promote skill generalization.
